What we keep, and who can read it.
Last updated 15 October 2026
TDR Digital is a small, owner-operated studio. This page says in plain words what this site collects, what our engines store when we run them for you, and where it lives.
01Who we are
TDR Digital, owner-operated by Tony Del Rio. Write to tony@tdrdigital.com about anything on this page.
02This website
The store is a set of pages you can read without an account. It does not ask you to sign in, it sets no tracking cookies of its own, and it runs no advertising scripts.
Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (such as the address a request came from and the browser it used) to run and protect the service.
Our own links carry tags such as
utm_source=storethat say which page a booking came from. When you answer the three questions in the finder, your answers ride along in the booking link as a short note, so the call starts briefed. This site does not store those answers.03When you book a call
The booking page never sends anything by itself. Its form only opens your own email app with your answers filled in; you choose whether to send it. When you write to us, we keep your email so we can reply.
If booking runs through a scheduling page, that page is run by the scheduling provider under its own privacy terms, and it receives what you type into it.
04When we run engines for you
Each engine keeps a record of every run: what it read, what it made, what it skipped, what it held for a person and what the run cost. It also keeps the drafts it writes while they wait for approval, and, for the onboarding portal, each new client's progress.
Your data sits in a private database with row level security on, and only our server can read it.
The engines read your tools (orders, estimates, inboxes, calendars and the like) only to do the job you bought, and only what that job needs. Your logins and keys stay in your own account settings, kept out of our code.
Engines that write text use Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic. The text a run needs to write a draft is sent to it for that run.
05Who can see it
TDR Digital, to run, check and fix your engines. Your Vanguard is password protected, and anyone you give that password to can see your brand's screens.
No message an engine writes reaches a customer until a named person approves that exact draft. On our own brands that is Tony. On yours, it is the person you name at setup.
06Your accounts stay yours
The tools an engine runs on bill to your own accounts, in your name, and keep your data under their own terms. What happens to your data when a plan ends is written into your agreement. See how a handoff works.
07Asking about your data
To ask what we hold for your business, or to have it removed, write to tony@tdrdigital.com. When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
