Terms
How we work, in plain words.
Last updated 15 October 2026
This page summarises how TDR Digital installs and runs engines for a business. It does not replace your signed agreement or your Project Quote. Those two documents govern any work we do for you.
01What we sell
Named engines that do one job each for a local business. We install an engine on your accounts (the setup), then host it, watch it and fix it for a monthly fee (the care plan). The prices on this site are the ranges each engine is sold in, from TDR Digital's own price list.
02How a project starts
With a short call to see if an engine fits. If one does, the final number is issued in writing on a Project Quote before anything is built. No form on this site gives an instant quote, and nothing is built or billed without a signed agreement.
03Payment
A 50% deposit starts the build. The care plan is billed monthly in advance, with a minimum of 3 months.
Usage, such as AI and SMS, is billed at cost on its own line. The tools an engine runs on bill to your own accounts, in your name.
04What the care plan covers
Hosting, monitoring and backups, fixes and updates, and changes as your business changes, one request at a time. Response times are written into your care plan agreement. See what the care plan covers.
05Approval before anything is sent
Our engines write drafts. Every message waits as a draft in the approval queue, and nothing goes out until a named person approves that exact draft. On our own brands that is Tony. On yours, it is the person you name at setup.
06Numbers and samples on this site
Every price on this site comes from TDR Digital's own price list. Sample outputs and screens use a fictional sample business, not a real client. We publish results for an engine only after thirty days of real runs, each linked to the run that produced it.
07Your accounts, and leaving
Your accounts, logins and data stay yours from day one. After the minimum term you can stop the plan or take the engine in-house; what transfers and how is agreed in writing. See how a handoff works and our privacy page.
