03How it runs
Plain rules, written down.
- Changes
- One request at a time. Each change is tested with every message held as a draft before it goes live.
- Response times
- Set on the call and written into your care plan agreement.
- Usage
- AI and SMS usage is billed at cost, on its own line. Tools like your database stay on your own accounts.
- Billing
- 50% deposit to start the build. The care plan is billed monthly in advance, with a minimum of 3 months. The final number is issued in writing on a Project Quote before anything is built.
- What it never does
- Send. Every message waits as a draft in the approval queue until a named person approves that exact draft: Tony on our own brands, and on yours, the person you name at setup.
- Leaving
- After the minimum term you can stop the plan, or take the engine in-house. How a handoff works
