Vanguard, sample business

Vanguard brand overview for a sample sod supplier: the sample day's drafts waiting, other items and the top of the queue, then each engine's last run, status, items waiting and cost.

Where it lands

  • Your dashboard

You don't need

Slack or Notion. It lands where you already work.

01The problem

You can't run what you can't see

Each brand has its own tools, its own queue and its own blockers. Knowing how the whole operation is doing means opening every one of them, and the brand you didn't open is the one with the problem.

Without it

  • A tab per brand. Log in, look, log out, repeat.

  • No idea what ran. An automation ran overnight, or didn't. Nobody can say.

  • Drafts lost in a queue. Approvals hide inside whichever tool wrote them.

  • Connections fail quietly. A key expires and the first sign is a missing order.

With Orbit

  • One screen. Every brand as a card, with its status on the front.

  • Every run on record. What it read, what it produced, what it skipped, and what it cost.

  • Drafts in one place. Every draft waiting for approval, listed with what it is and how long it has waited.

  • Health on the front page. Every connection shown as connected, needs credentials, not built, or error.

02How it works

Five steps. The last one is yours.

Every run follows the same five steps. Nothing it writes goes out until a named person approves that exact draft: Tony on our own brands, and on yours, the person you name at setup.

  1. 01

    Reads the record

It reads what every engine did and every draft waiting for approval, on our server, read only.

  2. 02

    Builds each brand's page

Engines on, last run, what is waiting on you and whether each connection works, per brand.

  3. 03

    Shows the detail

One click opens an engine's latest run and its history.

  4. 04

    Explains in plain English

Orbit writes one summary line per brand so you know what matters before you scroll.

  5. 05

    Points you to the gate

Drafts are shown here, never approved here. Each one waits in the approval queue until a named person approves that exact draft.

03Sample output

Every engine on one screen

What Orbit produces, shown on labelled sample data. Names and figures are fictional; your own data replaces them.

05Who it's for

Owners running more than one brand or line, where each one has its own tools and its own engines. A sod yard with a store and a crew, a media brand next to a product line, a group of businesses under one owner.

It fits if

  • You run two or more brands, lines or locations.
  • You have automations running and can't say what they did last night.
  • Drafts wait on your approval in more than one place.
  • You want one screen you can leave open on a desk or check from your phone.
  • You'd rather not add Slack or Notion to run it. You don't need either.

Not for you if

You run one small operation and read it fine from one tool. Want a short read each morning instead of a screen? That's the Daybreak Brief.

Proof

Built for Sod-X first. No numbers yet. We publish them after 30 days of real runs, each one linked to the run that produced it.

06Install Orbit

Live in 14 days. Then we run it for you.

One setup, then one monthly line. The final number comes in writing on a Project Quote before anything is built.

Setup · Growth build

$7,500 to $12,000

One time. We install it, connect it to your accounts and make it yours.

  • A short call to confirm it fits
  • Connected to your tools and set up on your brand's rules
  • Tested on your real data, with every send held as a draft, before it goes live
  • A plain English guide and a walkthrough video

Then monthly · Maintain care plan

$750/mo

We host it, watch it and fix it, so you never have to.

  • Hosted, monitored and backed up by us
  • Fixes and updates included
  • Changes as your business changes, one request at a time
  • Usage (AI, SMS) is billed at cost, on its own line
What the care plan covers
  • Terms. 50% deposit to start the build. The care plan is billed monthly in advance, with a minimum of 3 months. The final number is issued in writing on a Project Quote before anything is built.
  • Your data. Your logins and keys stay in your own account settings, kept out of our code. Hosted and monitored by TDR. Every number the engine shows carries its source, or it says "not on file".
  • Owner-operated. Tony Del Rio, Director of TDR Digital, signs off every install before it goes live. Written response times are part of your care plan agreement.
  • Nothing sends without your yes. Every message it writes waits as a draft in the approval queue, and nothing goes out until a named person approves that exact draft. On our own brands that is Tony. On yours, it is the person you name at setup.
  • Bills to your own accounts. Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare, GitHub.

07Questions

Before you book.

What does it cost to run each month?

The Maintain care plan, $750/mo, covers hosting, monitoring and fixes. AI usage for the summary lines is billed at cost on its own line. Vercel, Supabase and Cloudflare usage on your own accounts stays on your own plans.

How long does setup take?

About 14 days. The first week connects your engines and brands. The second week puts it in front of you on real data and fixes what reads wrong.

What do you need from me?

Your brand list, which engines run for which brand, and who on your team should have the password.

What does it never do?

It never approves, sends or edits anything. It shows. Every draft waits in the approval queue until a named person approves that exact draft, one at a time.

Can my clients see it?

Only if you give them the password. Each brand page shows only that brand's data, and no secret ever reaches the browser.

08For agencies and operators

Resell Orbit to your clients.

If you run more than one business, or you serve clients who need the same thing, we install any engine in this catalog for each of them, then run it and fix it behind you.

  • Their name on every message. Your client's messages go out in their name and voice, and every draft carries their own signature.
  • Your client's accounts. Installed on each client's own accounts, connected to their own data.
  • We do the work. Setup, hosting, fixes and updates stay with us, one monthly line per client.
  • Their yes, every time. Every message still waits as a draft until the person your client names approves that exact draft.

Partner terms, including whether the client screens carry your name and logo, are agreed in writing on the partner call.

Next step

See if it fits.

Thirty minutes on a call. Bring the job that eats your week, and we will tell you whether Orbit fits, or that nothing in the store does yet. If it fits, the number comes in writing.
