Vanguard, sample business

Vanguard page for Daybreak Brief on a sample sod supplier, under the app header: the morning brief: the first thing to do and the drafts waiting.

Where it lands

  • Your dashboard
  • Telegram

You don't need

Slack or Notion. It lands where you already work.

01The problem

Your day starts with a hunt

Orders, estimates, drafts and blockers live in different places. You open each one to find out what changed, and the thing that was stuck yesterday is still stuck today because nobody saw it.

Without it

  • Five places to check. Orders in one tool, estimates in another, drafts in a third.

  • Stuck work stays stuck. A queue fills up and nothing drains it, and nobody notices.

  • Drafts go stale. A reply was written, then waited a day for someone to read it.

  • Guessing at numbers. You remember roughly how many came in.

With Cyphron

  • One read. Everything that moved overnight, in one short brief.

  • Stuck work named. Anything waiting longer than it should is listed first, with where it sits.

  • Your yes list. Every draft waiting on you, with a one line summary, so approving takes minutes.

  • Numbers with a source. Every count says where it came from, or says "not on file".

02How it works

Five steps. The last one is yours.

Every run follows the same five steps. Nothing it writes goes out until a named person approves that exact draft: Tony on our own brands, and on yours, the person you name at setup.

  1. 01

    Reads your systems

At the time you pick, it reads the drafts waiting in the approval queue, the last run of every other engine, the live status of every connection and, where your order system is connected, your order and estimate counts, read only.

  2. 02

    Sorts what changed

New, moved, stuck, and waiting on you. Quiet days say "quiet", not zero.

  3. 03

    Writes the brief

Short, plain English, ranked by what needs you first.

  4. 04

    Lands where you read

In the Vanguard at your desk, and on your phone through Telegram once the bot is connected.

  5. 05

    Waits for you

It never acts on what it reports. Approving a draft stays with the named person who approves it.

03Sample output

What lands in your brief

How Cyphron's output reads, field by field. A rendered sample is added once it has run.

  • Your dashboard. Every run shows in your Vanguard: what it read, made and skipped.
  • Telegram. A short message to your own Telegram chat.
What lands in your briefCyphron

What you see for each item

  • Brief title and brand
  • Run time
  • Sources read, each with its status
  • New since yesterday
  • Moved
  • Stuck, with how long and where
  • Drafts waiting on you, each with a one line summary
  • What it could not read and why

How it gets there

  1. 01Reads your systems. At the time you pick, it reads the drafts waiting in the approval queue, the last run of every other engine, the live status of every connection and, where your order system is connected, your order and estimate counts, read only.

04What you get

Everything it takes to run.

Installed on your accounts, tested on your real data with every message held as a draft, then hosted, watched and fixed by us.

  • The morning briefOne per brand, at the time you pick.

  • What needs youEvery draft waiting in the approval queue, and everything other engines flagged for you, each with a short reference so you can find it.

  • The stuck listDrafts waiting 24 hours or more, with how long and in which queue, plus any engine whose last run failed or that has no run on file.

  • What it could readWhich of your tools it reached today and which it could not.

  • A log per briefWhat it read, what it wrote, what it skipped.

  • A plain English guide and a walkthrough video

  • Fixes and updates included for as long as you're on the care plan

05Who it's for

Owners who run a real operation and start the day by checking it. Sod and landscaping yards with an order queue, field service businesses with requests waiting overnight, and owners running more than one line or brand.

It fits if

  • You check two or more tools every morning to know where things stand.
  • Work sometimes sits in a queue because nobody saw it.
  • Other people or engines write drafts that wait on your approval.
  • You would rather read one page than open five tabs.
  • You'd rather not add Slack or Notion to run it. You don't need either.

Not for you if

Everything you run lives in one tool you already check. Want the same picture on a screen you can leave open all day? That's the Vanguard.

Proof

06Install Cyphron

Live in 7 days. Then we run it for you.

One setup, then one monthly line. The final number comes in writing on a Project Quote before anything is built.

Setup · Starter build

$3,500 to $6,000

One time. We install it, connect it to your accounts and make it yours.

  • A short call to confirm it fits
  • Connected to your tools and set up on your brand's rules
  • Tested on your real data, with every send held as a draft, before it goes live
  • A plain English guide and a walkthrough video

Then monthly · Maintain care plan

$750/mo

We host it, watch it and fix it, so you never have to.

  • Hosted, monitored and backed up by us
  • Fixes and updates included
  • Changes as your business changes, one request at a time
  • Usage (AI, SMS) is billed at cost, on its own line
What the care plan covers
  • Terms. 50% deposit to start the build. The care plan is billed monthly in advance, with a minimum of 3 months. The final number is issued in writing on a Project Quote before anything is built.
  • Your data. Your logins and keys stay in your own account settings, kept out of our code. Hosted and monitored by TDR. Every number the engine shows carries its source, or it says "not on file".
  • Owner-operated. Tony Del Rio, Director of TDR Digital, signs off every install before it goes live. Written response times are part of your care plan agreement.
  • Nothing sends without your yes. Every message it writes waits as a draft in the approval queue, and nothing goes out until a named person approves that exact draft. On our own brands that is Tony. On yours, it is the person you name at setup.
  • Bills to your own accounts. Supabase, Telegram.

07Questions

Before you book.

What does it cost to run each month?

The Maintain care plan, $750/mo, covers us hosting it, watching it and fixing it. AI usage is billed at cost on its own line. Supabase and Telegram stay on your own plans.

How long does setup take?

About 7 days. We connect your sources and agree what belongs in the brief, then run it on your real data, with you reading every brief before we call it live.

What do you need from me?

Read access to your orders and estimates, a Telegram account if you want it on your phone, and a short call to tell us what you look for first each morning.

What does it never do?

It never sends anything to a customer and never approves anything. Its only message is the copy of the brief to your own Telegram chat. Every action stays with you.

What if a source is down?

The brief says so in plain words, names the source, and reports everything else. It never fills a gap with a guess.

08For agencies and operators

Resell Cyphron to your clients.

If you run more than one business, or you serve clients who need the same thing, we install any engine in this catalog for each of them, then run it and fix it behind you.

  • Their name on every message. Your client's messages go out in their name and voice, and every draft carries their own signature.
  • Your client's accounts. Installed on each client's own accounts, connected to their own data.
  • We do the work. Setup, hosting, fixes and updates stay with us, one monthly line per client.
  • Their yes, every time. Every message still waits as a draft until the person your client names approves that exact draft.

Partner terms, including whether the client screens carry your name and logo, are agreed in writing on the partner call.

Next step

See if it fits.

Thirty minutes on a call. Bring the job that eats your week, and we will tell you whether Cyphron fits, or that nothing in the store does yet. If it fits, the number comes in writing.
