02How it works
Every run follows the same five steps. Nothing it writes goes out until a named person approves that exact draft: Tony on our own brands, and on yours, the person you name at setup.
Your product or vehicle facts file and the real photos on disk that go with it.
Anything without a source, and any photo that is not on disk, goes on a confirm list for you.
In your brand's order and voice, for each place it will appear.
Against your quality bar. Under the bar, it is reworked or dropped.
Passing drafts wait in the approval queue. Nothing is listed or posted until a named person approves that exact listing.

The Optimize care plan, $1,500/mo, covers hosting, monitoring, fixes and tuning the drafts and scoring as your catalog grows. AI usage is billed at cost on its own line. There is no other account to pay for.

Your product or vehicle records with where each detail came from, the real photos, a few listings you were proud of, and the details you never want stated.
It never lists, posts, publishes or prices anything on its own, it never invents a detail, and it never makes, edits or suggests an image. It works only with the real photos you already have. Every listing waits for your yes, and every unverified detail waits for you to confirm it.
Only a price you have confirmed on the record. If there is no confirmed price, the listing says so the way your brand does, for example "inquire for price".
