Vanguard, sample business

Vanguard Content Intel page for Recon on a sample print shop: views this week against the account's usual, a views-per-post chart and the week's key numbers, each tied to its fictional sample source.

Built on

  • Apify
  • Claude

Where it lands

  • Your dashboard

You don't need

Slack or Notion. It lands where you already work.

01The problem

Research eats the week, and half of it can't be checked

You read the news, watch what peers post, and save links you mean to come back to. The notes pile up in a folder, and when it's time to write, you can't tell which claim came from where.

Without it

  • Hours of scrolling. Reading everything to find the few things worth writing about.

  • Claims with no trail. A number you saved, but not where it came from.

  • Old news, read twice. The same story comes round again and you can't tell.

  • Notes that go nowhere. The research never turns into a post.

With Probe

  • A weekly dossier. The few things worth your attention, in one read.

  • A source on every claim. Each line links to where it came from and when.

  • Repeats marked. A claim already in last week's dossier says "seen before".

  • Ideas in the dossier. The best items are grouped by your pillars, ready for you to take to your content board.

02How it works

Five steps. The last one is yours.

Every run follows the same five steps. Nothing it writes goes out until a named person approves that exact draft: Tony on our own brands, and on yours, the person you name at setup.

  1. 01

    You name the field

Topics, peers and sources you trust.

  2. 02

    It reads each week

The public pages and feeds you named, read only.

  3. 03

It keeps only what it can source

Every claim carries its link and fetch date. Anything without one is dropped and listed.

  4. 04

    It writes the dossier

    Short, ranked, plain English.

  5. 05

    You decide what to use

It suggests ideas. Nothing is published from it; anything bound for an audience goes through your approval.

03Sample output

This week's dossier, every claim with its quote

What Probe produces, shown on labelled sample data. Names and figures are fictional; your own data replaces them.

04What you get

Everything it takes to run.

Installed on your accounts, tested on your real data with every message held as a draft, then hosted, watched and fixed by us.

  • The weekly dossierRanked, sourced, in one read.

  • Provenance on every claimLink and fetch date beside each line.

  • The dropped listClaims it found but could not source, so you know what was left out.

  • The source tableWhat was read, when, and what could not be read.

  • "Seen before" marksRepeats from last week's dossier, with the day each first appeared.

  • Content Intel for InstagramThe accounts you watch, read every week. You see the posts that beat that account's own usual views, each with its hook copied word for word from the post, why it worked, the patterns that hold across them, and hook ideas to film. Every number opens the post it came from.

  • A report you can sendA private, read-only link to the week's research for your client, which you can switch off at any time.

  • A plain English guide and a walkthrough video

  • Fixes and updates included for as long as you're on the care plan

05Who it's for

Brands that write about a field and need to be right: science and tech media, personal media brands, product brands that follow their market.

It fits if

  • You post about a subject, not just about yourself.
  • Getting a fact wrong would cost you trust.
  • You can name the topics and sources you care about.
  • Research notes pile up and rarely become posts.
  • You'd rather not add Slack or Notion to run it. You don't need either.

Not for you if

You post only about your own day and never cite anything. Want the ideas drafted into posts too? That's Content Studio.

06Install Probe

Live in 7 days. Then we run it for you.

One setup, then one monthly line. The final number comes in writing on a Project Quote before anything is built.

Setup · Starter build

$3,500 to $6,000

One time. We install it, connect it to your accounts and make it yours.

  • A short call to confirm it fits
  • Connected to your tools and set up on your brand's rules
  • Tested on your real data, with every send held as a draft, before it goes live
  • A plain English guide and a walkthrough video

Then monthly · Maintain care plan

$750/mo

We host it, watch it and fix it, so you never have to.

  • Hosted, monitored and backed up by us
  • Fixes and updates included
  • Changes as your business changes, one request at a time
  • Usage (AI, SMS) is billed at cost, on its own line
What the care plan covers
  • Terms. 50% deposit to start the build. The care plan is billed monthly in advance, with a minimum of 3 months. The final number is issued in writing on a Project Quote before anything is built.
  • Your data. Your logins and keys stay in your own account settings, kept out of our code. Hosted and monitored by TDR. Every number the engine shows carries its source, or it says "not on file".
  • Owner-operated. Tony Del Rio, Director of TDR Digital, signs off every install before it goes live. Written response times are part of your care plan agreement.
  • Nothing sends without your yes. Every message it writes waits as a draft in the approval queue, and nothing goes out until a named person approves that exact draft. On our own brands that is Tony. On yours, it is the person you name at setup.
  • Bills to your own accounts. Apify, for reading public Instagram accounts (Content Intel), and AI usage, both at cost.

07Questions

Before you book.

What does it cost to run each month?

The Maintain care plan, $750/mo, covers hosting, monitoring and fixes. AI usage is billed at cost on its own line. There is no other account to pay for.

How long does setup take?

About 7 days. Most of it is agreeing your topics and sources, then reading the first dossier together before it runs on its own.

What do you need from me?

Your topics, and the peers, pages and feeds you trust.

What does it never do?

It never publishes, never posts and never states a claim without a source. It researches and suggests. Anything that reaches an audience goes through your approval first.

Will it make things up?

No. A model may judge a claim it found; it never adds one. A claim with no source is dropped and listed.

How does Content Intel pick the posts that worked?

By arithmetic, not opinion. Each account's usual is the middle of its own recent view counts, and a post makes the list when it reaches a set multiple of that usual. The sum is shown beside every number. A model then judges why it worked, and a hook only appears if it is word for word in the post.

08For agencies and operators

Resell Probe to your clients.

If you run more than one business, or you serve clients who need the same thing, we install any engine in this catalog for each of them, then run it and fix it behind you.

  • Their name on every message. Your client's messages go out in their name and voice, and every draft carries their own signature.
  • Your client's accounts. Installed on each client's own accounts, connected to their own data.
  • We do the work. Setup, hosting, fixes and updates stay with us, one monthly line per client.
  • Their yes, every time. Every message still waits as a draft until the person your client names approves that exact draft.

Partner terms, including whether the client screens carry your name and logo, are agreed in writing on the partner call.

Next step

See if it fits.

Thirty minutes on a call. Bring the job that eats your week, and we will tell you whether Probe fits, or that nothing in the store does yet. If it fits, the number comes in writing.
